Order Information

Orders for Digital downloads and DVDs can only be made using the show specific QR code supplied by the schools to the relevant parents.

Delivery and Postage Charges

Postage and packing charges are £3.00 per DVD (UK only). This is included in the £30 price of a DVD and £45 price of a DVD and digital download bundle.

Shipments are made via Royal Mail second class post.

Digital downloads are sent automatically to the email address supplied by the customer once the show is edited and released.

How quickly will you receive your DVD or download?

The finished show video is usually ready within 2 weeks of the show date, often sooner, but it can be longer for a more complex edit. You are able to pre-order a show using the QR code that is supplied to you by the school.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving the confirmation of shipping email call us on 01932 864333.

Download information

If you are having and problems with your download, please email us on info@theprojectors.co.uk.

Downloads must be made onto your computer and depending on how your computer/cloud storage is set up, it will use your itunes account or your media player. Then you can use your tablet or phone to view, but it must be downloaded onto a computer first because of the size of the file. The number of attemps to download are also restricted.

Each show is shot on 4k and exported at 1080p but we try and keep the file size to 3-4gb to make it manageable. Normally a data rate of about 4,500 to 5000 kbs.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Please let us know of any non delivery or faulty DVD issues as soon as possible, and, if you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving an email confirming despatch.

Replacements and refunds for DVDs cannot be issued if we have not been informed within 28 days of postage date.

Please also ring or email with any problems with digital downloads. Please note that it is advisable to download as soon as possible as the link may have a time limit and expire.

Secure Payment

Because all payments are made through PayPal your card details are totally secure and processed away from The Projectors. Please note that you do NOT need a PayPal account in order to purchase online from us and you can make payment with most major credit or debit cards.
