Delivery and Postage Charges

Postage and packing charges are £3.00 per DVD (UK only). This is included in the £30 price of a DVD and £45 price of a DVD and digital download bundle.

Shipments are made via Royal Mail second class post.

How quickly will you receive your DVD or download?

The finished show video is usually ready within 2 weeks of the show date, often sooner, but it can be longer for a more complex edit. You may be able to pre-order a show from this website.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving the confirmation of shipping email call us on 01932 864333.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Please let us know of any non delivery or faulty DVD issues as soon as possible, and, if you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving an email confirming despatch.

Purchases made by order form at the show, by phone or post, please get in touch with any issues on 01372 864333 or by email on info@the projectors.co.uk

Replacements and refunds cannot be issued if we have not been informed within 28 days of postage date.

Please also ring or email with any problems with digital downloads. Please note that it is advisable to download as soon as possible as the link may have a time limit and expire.

Secure Payment

Because all payments are made through PayPal your card details are totally secure and processed away from The Projectors website. Please note that you do NOT need a PayPal account in order to purchase online from us and you can make payment with most major credit or debit cards.
